The Development division of BAM Group has an investment and development plot in Szekszárd, but it also owns the area of the old community centre of Újpest City Center in Budapest, where between 2023 and 2025 the long-neglected part of the city in the immediate vicinity of the terminus of metro line M3 will be completely renewed with the development of 146 apartments, offices, shops, an internal public park and 330 partially public P+R parking lots on the -2 level.

During the fitout work of office buildings, in addition to creating classic offices, we also had the opportunity to perform special tasks. In connection with the Advance Tower KANTIN project, the developer commissioned the design, technical preparation and full implementation of unique restaurant and kitchen technology.
In the second half of 2020, we started the full-scale fitout of their Multiclinic in BudapestONE office building, for one of Hungary’s largest private healthcare providers, DOKTOR24, with medical rooms, X-ray and imaging rooms.
The first phase was handed over to DOKTOR24 at the beginning of 2021, while the second phase was handed over in autumn 2021 with an inpatient provider, patient rooms, intensive care unit and operating rooms facing today’s most modern and complex medical technology challenges.
From 2022 onwards, office space has once again taken centre stage, we were present during the construction of IBM’s newest offices in the Corvin Innovation Campus and the complete design of ALDI’s office space in Őrmező, but we are also proud of our work at LENOVO’s headquarters in Üllő.
